*Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure may apply the deposit as a credit toward a future booking, valid for up to 18 months.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling is permitted (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours in advance. The deposit will be transferred to the new booking.

In the event of unsafe weather or conditions deemed unfit for sailing by the captain, you may reschedule or receive a full credit.
